SCD Deburring
During final processing, both ends of the metal tube can be deburred. The process of metal deburring comprises removal of the sharp edges of a tube using deburring brushes, ensuring a smooth edge.
SCM Chamfering
For outer- inner or end facing chamfering is the perfect solution. The chamfer machine has a CNC controled with rotating tools. The machine is developed for high volume end machining operations on bar and tube materials.
The integrated part handling system, handling parts in, through and out of the machine ensures a fully automated machining process.
Chamfering gives an extremely precise and smooth finish to the pipes, when it really matters this is the perfect solution.
ETS | DTS Transport System

They can be customized to suit specific needs, such as strapping, boxing and the incorporation of sorting mechanisms.
BMS Length Control Systems
For quick and 100% length checks of your products. Each product is measured and any products out of tolenace will be individually separted. Additionally, products can be marked or coded for full traceability.

Each tube is blown through separately, steel dust can be extracted by a dust extractor and filtered from the air by a scrubber.
SCR Stacking Robot
The stacking robot collects products from the deburring, length checking or product-cleaning machine. The products are automatically centred on a table and checked with a sensor. The tubes can be placed in crates or stacked in a bundle.
TCM-90 Tube Cleaning Machine
The cleaning machine consists of a
washing and drying zone. A segmented drum fed the products individually or in sets through the high presure washing basin.
After the washing, the products enter the drying zone. Here the tubes are dried individually on a walking beam system that transports the products along air blow systems.
