Heavy duty cutting line
The latest addition in our range, is designed for large and heavy metal profiles, with a robust construction and durable components. In terms of productivity, this saw picks up where the SCF Single left off, at its maximum range and ability for double cutting.
The range is Ø 8mm – 102 mm (2x Ø 76mm) we can adjust the range for specific applications, so that we can, for example, process even smaller diameters. View the custom page for more details.
This automatic metal cutting machine finds its application in the Infrastructure, pipe manufacturers and automotive sectors. Thanks to its special saw clamp, single products can be cut in the entire range with the universal tools.

Versatile cold saws, focused on performance
Single or double sawing, large profiles or small tubes? This machine is made to handle everything, including solid bar material.
Heavy work was taken into account when designing this machine. All components are extra robust, heavier material and smart designs ensure that the Omega can handle starting material of up to 120 kg without any problems.
The machines after sawing are also equipped for this, extra heavy-duty robot or CNC chamfer machines. A frequently used application, for example, is the processing of cylinder rods, where the end is formed with very small tolerances. The anti-scratch package makes it possible to process heavy but vulnerable material without damage.
